It has been operating for 28 years through a strictly indirect model based 100% on a channel of resellers, VARs and system integrators spread throughout the country and the distributed brands are excellences of the ICT market with an important installed in many enterprises and in the PA.

- Expertise of the presales team: a structure totally dedicated to technical assistance deals with support activities for distributed products, starting from technical presales services, installation and configuration and training, up to consultancy on projects and integrations with products of third parts.
- Training sessions: a particularly important role for Bludis is played by Training activities. Four multimedia classrooms are dedicated to training retailers and product users; the trainings are provided by specialized personnel of Bludis or of the vendors. These classroom activities are complemented by online ones, with a rich calendar of webinars, information and online training events.
- Marketing team: to support the activities of the partners, Bludis makes available the experience of its staff dedicated to marketing, event organization and PR activities.
